- Job ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding overdue loan payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with customers through calls and messages to ensure timely repayments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries, payment commitments, and PTP (Promise to Pay) follow-ups.
- Manage overdue accounts and maintain accurate collection records.
- Update customer details, payment status, and follow-up reports in the system.
- Follow company policies and applicable RBI/NBFC collection guidelines.

- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months of experience in loan collections or recovery.
- Experience in NBFC, fintech, payday loans, personal loans, or collection BPO preferred.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a collection process.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
