My Mudra Fincorp Limited is a financial services company offering a range of solutions, including business loans, personal loans, insurance, mutual funds, and other financial services. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our marketing team and create engaging visual content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Designing

- Design creative social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and marketing collaterals.
- Create engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop festive campaigns, promotional creatives, product advertisements, and brand communication materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring the correct use of logos, colours, fonts, and layouts.

Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and corporate videos.
- Create engaging videos with transitions, animations, motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, and sound effects.
- Convert marketing ideas and scripts into visually appealing video content.
- Edit product explainers, campaign videos, event highlights, and brand awareness videos.




- Stay updated with current social media trends, video formats, and creative styles.

Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Understand creative briefs and deliver high-quality designs and videos on time.
- Organise and maintain design files, project assets, and video resources.
- Suggest innovative creative ideas to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Canva and other relevant design or video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating social media creatives, reels, and promotional videos.
- Knowledge of social media dimensions, formats, and platform-specific content requirements.
- Positive attention to detail, creativity, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate or diploma holder in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic designs, social media creatives, and edited videos is preferred.
