Location: In and around South West Hyderabad - Kokapet, Neopolis, Tellapur, Gachibowli, Hitec City etc.
Responsibilities:
- Labor Management: Supervise and manage labor teams to ensure productive execution of construction projects.
- Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Material Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and utilisation of construction materials.
- Billing and Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely billing and payment from clients.
- Reporting and MIS: Prepare and submit regular progress reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills; ownership-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
