Job Summary

The Medical Product Delivery Executive is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of medical implants, surgical instruments, and related healthcare products to hospitals and healthcare facilities. The role involves coordinating with hospital staff, ensuring accurate delivery of products, maintaining delivery records, and supporting smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver medical implants, surgical instruments, and other healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, and designated healthcare facilities.
- Ensure timely delivery of products as per the assigned schedule and delivery instructions.
- Verify product details, quantities, invoices, delivery challans, and other relevant documents before delivery.
- Handle medical products carefully and ensure they are transported safely without damage or contamination.
- Obtain acknowledgement, signatures, or proof of delivery from the concerned hospital or customer representative.
- Coordinate with the internal team, hospital staff, and customers regarding delivery schedules and urgent requirements.
- Collect and submit delivery documents, invoices, and other relevant records to the concerned team.




- Maintain proper delivery records and update the assigned delivery status regularly.
- Follow company procedures for product handling, confidentiality, safety, and customer service.
- Report delays, delivery issues, damaged packages, or other discrepancies to the reporting manager immediately.
- Update attendance regularly through the company’s designated online attendance system.
- Travel to assigned locations as required and support other logistics-related activities when needed.

Basic Requirements

- Qualification: Minimum 10th standard pass.
- Gender: Male candidates preferred/required, as per the hiring requirement.
- Two-wheeler: Own bike is compulsory.
- Driving Licence: Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Location: Mumbai, Chennai
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to handle medical products carefully.

Salary & Benefits

1. Monthly salary: ₹16,000, plus daily allowance as per company policy.

Concerned Branch Manager / Reporting Manager.

Note: The role is focused on the safe and timely delivery of medical products. It does not involve performing nursing duties or assisting directly in surgical procedures.
