? Work Location: Hanspura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) based on students' learning needs

? Assess students' academic, behavioural and developmental requirements

? Provide personalised academic and learning support to students

? Work closely with teachers, parents, counsellors and school leadership to support student development

? Adapt teaching strategies, learning materials and classroom activities to meet individual needs

? Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation and records

? Support teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

? Identify learning challenges and recommend appropriate interventions and support strategies

? Promote students' academic, social, emotional and behavioural development

? Qualification: B.Ed. in Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education or a relevant recognised qualification.

? Experience: Prior experience as a Special Educator in a school environment will be preferred.
