Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 4–6 years of relevant experience in banking operations, accounts, finance, treasury support, or a similar role; manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
· Practical experience in online banking, payment processing, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, cheque handling, bank reconciliation, and banking documentation.
· Basic working knowledge of Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), Fixed Deposits (FD), bank charges, and other banking facilities will be preferred.
· Robust numerical ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
· Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software; knowledge of SAP / SAP Business One will be preferred.
