About BlueWheelBlueWheel is a vehicle service platform that provides convenient automotive services, including vehicle inspections, breakdown assistance, jump-start services, puncture repairs, and pickup and drop services for cars and bikes.

- Job ResponsibilitiesPerform basic vehicle inspections and identify mechanical issues in cars or bikes.
- Diagnose starting problems, battery issues, and other common vehicle breakdowns.
- Provide jump-start assistance for vehicles with discharged batteries.
- Handle puncture repairs and tyre removal, replacement, and refitting wherever applicable.
- Assist customers during vehicle breakdowns and provide on-site mechanical support.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and identify issues related to engines, batteries, tyres, and other vehicle components.
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete assigned services safely.
- Drive cars or ride bikes as required for service-related activities.
- Travel to customer locations and provide timely service.
- Explain vehicle issues and service requirements to customers in a professional manner.




- Update service details and job status through the BlueWheel mobile application.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a car mechanic or bike mechanic.
- Good practical knowledge of vehicle inspection, starting issues, battery problems, jump-starts, and puncture repairs.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot common mechanical problems.
- Must know how to drive a car or ride a bike, depending on the role.
- Valid driving licence applicable to the vehicle being driven.
- Basic English reading and writing skills to understand service instructions and update booking details.
- Ability to communicate politely with customers.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations and work in field operations.
- Ability to use basic mechanical tools and follow safety guidelines.
- Preferred CandidateCandidates with hands-on experience in roadside assistance, breakdown services, garages, or automobile service centres.
- Candidates who can independently handle customer service bookings and resolve common vehicle issues.
