- Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately enter patient, diagnostic, operational, and administrative data into internal systems and healthcare software platforms.
- Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR), reports, and databases in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before data entry.
- Coordinate with operations, clinical, and reporting teams to resolve data discrepancies or missing information.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient and organizational data at all times.




- Maintain daily data entry logs and follow defined turnaround time (TAT) protocols.
- Support report preparation, basic data compilation, and documentation as required.
- Follow SOPs related to healthcare data handling, quality checks, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in audits, internal reviews, and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong typing speed with high accuracy.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
- Familiarity with healthcare data, diagnostics reports, or medical terminology is preferred.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality norms in healthcare.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
