- Build and wire electrical control panels as per drawings: MCBs, contactors, relays, SMPS, PLC, HMI, VFD and servo drives.
- Carry out machine-side wiring: sensors, proximity switches, solenoid valves, motors, cable trays, glands and ferruling.
- Read and work from electrical schematics, panel layouts and IO lists; mark up changes for the as-built drawings.
- Perform continuity, insulation (megger) and IO checks before power-on; support PLC and robot commissioning.
- Install and commission machines at customer sites, including shifting, re-wiring and trial runs.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults on recent and existing machines; attend breakdown and service calls.
- Follow electrical safety practices: LOTO, earthing, proper PPE and safe panel practices.
- Maintain tools, consumables and material records; keep the panel and assembly area clean (5S).
- Coordinate with the mechanical assembly team and the customer's maintenance team during installation and buy-off.
