Job Location: Office No. 25, 2nd Floor, Kris Korner Commercial Plaza, Anand Nagar, Thane West

Salary: Open / Negotiable, depending on experience and skills

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and general entries using Tally Prime and ERP software.

• Maintain books of accounts, purchase and sales entries, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank reconciliation.

• Prepare GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

• Prepare monthly salary sheets, attendance-based payroll, overtime calculations, and salary statements.

• Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, MLWF, and other applicable statutory compliance records.

• Understand labour compliance requirements applicable to security guards and other deployed manpower.

• Prepare monthly labour compliance statements and supporting documents for submission to the CA or compliance consultant.

• Maintain employee records, salary registers, attendance records, and statutory documentation.





• Coordinate with the CA and consultants for accounting, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance.

• Assist with invoice preparation, payment tracking, vendor reconciliation, and monthly reports.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of Tally Prime and ERP software.

• Valuable understanding of general accounting and bookkeeping.

• Knowledge of GST returns, particularly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

• Experience in salary preparation, PF, ESIC, and labour compliance.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines.
