- What you’ll doRespond to enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, phone, and other channels.
- Understand customers’ travel needs, dates, group size, and budget.
- Recommend suitable tour packages and prepare explicit quotations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and help convert enquiries into bookings.
- Explain itineraries, hotel options, inclusions, exclusions, and booking terms accurately.
- Coordinate with the operations team to confirm availability and booking details.
- Maintain enquiry and sales records,



and share regular updates with the team.
- Build positive relationships with customers before and after booking.
- What we’re looking forStrong communication and customer-service skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers and following up professionally.
- Interest in travel and knowledge of Indian destinations is an advantage.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple enquiries.
- Sales or travel-industry experience is preferred, but enthusiastic candidates may apply.
