Preferred Industry Background:FMCG and Consumer Durables candidates with strong distributor and retailer network handling experience will be preferred. Candidates from HVAC, AC & Refrigeration Spare Parts, Aerosol/Chemical Products, and Automotive Aftermarket industries with relevant channel sales experience may also apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop sales and expand business across the assigned territory.
- Build and manage dealer, distributor, retailer, and channel partner networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive primary and secondary sales and strengthen market presence.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.




- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Requirements5–10 years of relevant field sales or channel sales experience.
- Strong expertise in distributor management, dealer development, and retailer network handling.
- Experience in FMCG or Consumer Durables will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Valid driving licence and personal two-wheeler.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
