We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Meesho Executive to manage our online selling operations on the Meesho platform. The candidate will handle product listings, order processing, inventory updates, customer queries, returns, and daily sales reports to ensure smooth business operations.

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

- Upload men's wear products, including lowers and other apparel.
- Create product titles, descriptions, and size/color variations.
- Upload high-quality product images and maintain accurate product details.
- Update pricing, stock availability, and product catalogs.

1. Order Management

- Process daily orders received through Meesho.
- Ensure timely packing, labeling, and dispatch coordination.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, and pending shipments.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or packing team.

1. Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock levels for all articles, sizes, and colors.
- Update inventory regularly to avoid overselling.
- Coordinate with the stock team regarding shortages and replenishment.

1. Returns & Customer Support

- Monitor customer returns, RTOs (Return to Origin), and refund-related cases.




- Handle customer complaints and order-related issues through the platform.
- Analyze return reasons and report recurring product issues.

1. Sales & Performance Monitoring

- Track daily orders, sales, cancellations, returns, and product performance.
- Monitor product pricing and marketplace performance.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Suggest improvements to increase sales and profitability.

1. Account & Policy Management

- Maintain the Meesho seller account and resolve operational issues.
- Follow marketplace policies and listing guidelines.
- Monitor account health and seller performance metrics.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBasic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Meesho Supplier Panel or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory, order processing, and product catalog management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in men's apparel or garment e-commerce will be an advantage.
