We are looking for a smart, well-groomed & customer-focused Sales Associate who can handle walk-in customers, explain jewellery collections, and achieve sales targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Customer Handling & Sales:Greet customers with a smile and understand their requirement - Gold / Diamond / Wedding / Daily wear / Gifting.Show jewellery collections, explain design, purity, weight, making charges & current gold rate.Convince customers and close sales with polite and luxury selling approach.Build relationship with customers for repeat business & referrals.2. Showroom Operations:Maintain display counters, ensure jewellery is safe, clean and well-arranged.Handle billing coordination, tagging, and stock management.Ensure proper security and handle jewellery with utmost care.Maintain customer records and follow up for upcoming offers / festivals.3. Target & Service:Achieve daily / monthly sales targets & incentive.Handle customer queries, exchange, and after-sales service.Support in inventory counting, stock audit,



and festive promotions.Maintain grooming and wear proper uniform.SKILLS REQUIRED:Good communication in English, Hindi & Local Language.Pleasing personality, well-groomed, and presentable.Knowledge of Gold (22KT, 18KT), Diamond (Carat, Clarity), Silver preferred.Experience in handling HNI customers / luxury sales.Honest, trustworthy, and good at handling expensive products.Basic computer knowledge - Billing software.WHO CAN APPLY:1+ Years experience in Jewellery Showroom (Tanishq, Malabar, Kalyan, Joyalukkas etc.) OR Luxury Retail, Watch Showroom, Apparel Showroom.Freshers with excellent communication & valuable personality can also apply - Training will be provided.Must be comfortable for standing for long hours and working on weekends/festivals.SALARY & BENEFITS:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (No Limit)PF + ESIC + Medical InsuranceFestival Bonus + OvertimeFree Uniform & TrainingCareer Growth to Senior Sales Associate / Showroom ManagerWORKING HOURS:10 AM to 8 PM (with break) - 1 Rotational Week OffTO APPLY:
