Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage investor relationships, including capital calls, subscription processes, and hedge fund activities.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth onboarding process and resolve any issues that may arise during the subscription period.
- Oversee private equity deals by managing client subscriptions, handling capital commitments, and monitoring portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations through regular audits and reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in Investor Relations or related field such as Private Equity/Hedge Funds/Transfer Agency.
- Robust understanding of PPM (Private Placement Memorandum), KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, AML regulations.
- Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions involving multiple stakeholders.
