Position : Senior AI Developer (Python & FastAPI)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions, scalable REST APIs, and cloud-native microservices. The role requires hands-on experience in machine learning model development, LLM integration, data engineering, and production deployment on contemporary cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for business-critical use cases.
- Build and optimize machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and tuning.
- Implement Generative AI solutions leveraging OpenAI, Hugging Face, and other LLM frameworks.
- Support end-to-end ML lifecycle including experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.

Backend Development

- Develop scalable applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Build enterprise-grade RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Design secure, high-performance, and maintainable backend architectures.
- Integrate AI models and business applications through APIs and service layers.

Cloud & DevOps

- Deploy applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
- Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Utilize logging, monitoring,



and API gateway solutions to ensure application reliability.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with Data Scientists, Architects, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical governance.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Drive technical excellence and innovation across AI initiatives.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Core Development

- Advanced Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI (Mandatory).
- Strong expertise in RESTful API and Microservices development.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.

AI / ML

- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
- Supervised and Unsupervised Learning techniques.
- Model evaluation, tuning, and optimization.
- Machine Learning lifecycle and production deployment.
- Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI, Hugging Face.

Data Engineering

- Pandas, NumPy.
- Data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Data analysis and transformation techniques.

Cloud & DevOps

- Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- API Gateway, Logging, Monitoring, and Observability tools.

Good-to-Have Skills

- LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel.
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Milvus.
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- MLOps practices and model monitoring.
- Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- GraphQL APIs.




- Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock.
- AI Security and Responsible AI practices.

Soft Skills

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Cloud, AI/ML, or Generative AI certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 812+ years of software development experience.
- Minimum 35 years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
- Proven experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.
- Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade cloud-native applications.
- Prior experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions in production environments.
