Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Express.js or NestJS, and databases. The candidate will work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to build reliable and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Build reusable and maintainable application components.
- Implement business logic and application workflows.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Write optimized database queries and data-access logic.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security mechanisms.
- Debug and troubleshoot application and production issues.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write unit and integration tests.




- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Use Git for source code management.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Maintain technical documentation where required.

Required Skills

- Strong programming experience with Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience with Express.js, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Hands-on experience developing REST APIs.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Solid knowledge of OOP and software development principles.
- Experience with databases such as:

- MongoDB
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL

- Good understanding of database design and query optimization.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of web application security.
