Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced State Head - B2C Business to lead and scale the B2C business operations across West Bengal. The role will be responsible for developing growth strategies, driving revenue, expanding the customer base, and ensuring efficient execution of B2C initiatives across the state.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the B2C business strategy for West Bengal.
- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.
- Lead and manage B2C sales and business development teams.
- Set business targets and monitor achievement against revenue and growth KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, competition, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, finance, and customer service.




- Prepare regular business performance reports and present key insights to senior management.
- Ensure effective execution of B2C processes and initiatives across the state.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.

Education

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build teams and scale business operations.
