Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join a reputed jewellery showroom in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing product information, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
- Explain product details, including gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections, as applicable.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their budget, occasion, and preferences.
- Explain pricing, making charges, applicable taxes, weight, purity,



and product certifications accurately.
- Demonstrate jewellery professionally and ensure proper handling and safekeeping of merchandise.
- Support sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
- Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom floor is clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the billing team for smooth customer transactions.
- Follow showroom policies, security procedures, and inventory-handling guidelines.
- Stay updated on jewellery collections, offers, and product knowledge.
- Required Skills and Qualifications1–3 years of experience in retail sales; jewellery showroom experience preferred.
