Job Title: Outbound Telecaller

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products and services.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the company system.
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, advantages, and premiums.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification:



12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
- Candidates should be confident, target-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.
