Production Monitoring: Track actual production against planned targets.
Quality Control: Check production quality and coordinate corrective action for defects.
Delivery Quantity Control: Ensure required quantities are produced within committed deadlines.
Wastage Control: Monitor machine-wise material wastage and identify reasons for excess wastage.
Machine Efficiency: Monitor downtime, machine utilisation and production efficiency.
Daily Reporting: Submit machine-wise reports covering planned quantity, actual production, accepted quantity, rejection, wastage and pending work.
