- Carrying out servicing, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of BGAUSS electric two-wheelers.
- Performing pre-delivery inspections and vehicle health checks.
- Diagnosing electrical, electronic, mechanical and battery-related issues.
- Handling service jobs according to manufacturer-recommended procedures.
- Carrying out software/diagnostic checks and updates wherever applicable.
- Maintaining accurate service/job-card records and updating DMS.
- Preparing estimates and communicating technical requirements to the service team/management.
- Handling spare parts responsibly and reporting shortages or damaged parts.
- Conducting quality checks before vehicle delivery to customers.
- Maintaining cleanliness, discipline and safety standards in the workshop.
- Assisting in customer technical queries and explaining completed repair/service work.
- Following all BGAUSS manufacturer/service-centre guidelines, technical bulletins and instructions.
