Job DescriptionWe are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Inside Sales Executives for our admissions team.

The candidate will communicate with prospective students, explain educational programmes, answer enquiries, follow up with interested applicants and help convert enquiries into admissions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact students who enquire through our website and advertisements.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, eligibility and admission procedures.
- Counsel students about Diploma, PG Diploma, Executive MBA and other programmes.




- Follow up through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain student enquiry records and lead updates.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Build professional relationships with prospective students.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate English understanding is essential; fluency is not mandatory.
- Good spoken Hindi and workable English.
- Confidence in handling telephone conversations.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Good listening, convincing and follow-up skills.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service or counselling experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
