Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage piling foundation work at construction sites.
- Handle bored cast-in-situ piling operations using hydraulic rotary piling rigs.
- Monitor pile drilling, reinforcement cage installation, tremie concreting and pile casting.
- Maintain daily progress reports, pile records, concrete consumption and drilling logs.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants and clients.
- Ensure piling work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, materials and daily site productivity.
- Identify site issues related to soil conditions, hard rock, pile depth and equipment operation,
and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with site safety procedures.
- Prepare daily work reports and coordinate with the billing team for measurement and quantity verification.
- Required SkillsPractical experience in piling and foundation work.
- Knowledge of pile drawings, reinforcement details and concrete requirements.
- Ability to manage site workers, equipment operators and daily work schedules.
- Positive communication, coordination and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Mumbai.
