Job Description – Field Recruiter

Location: Oragadam, Sriperambatore-Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time

Department: Human Resources / Recruitment

- Job ResponsibilitiesRecruit candidates for manufacturing companies, factories, and industrial units.
- Conduct field recruitment activities in nearby areas, villages, and industrial locations.
- Source candidates through walk-ins, referrals, job portals, WhatsApp, and local contacts.
- Coordinate with ITIs, colleges, manpower agencies, and local communities.
- Explain job details, salary, shift timings, and company policies to candidates.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with HR teams.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join the company.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and achieve hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma/ Any Degree.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.
- Knowledge of the Oragadam, Sriperumbudur, and nearby industrial areas is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and company policy.
- Travel allowance as per company policy.

- Bike availability should be there.

Preferred Candidate :

Candidates with experience in blue-collar recruitment, manufacturing recruitment, manpower sourcing, or field sales are preferred.
