Position: Mechanical Design Engineer

Software: Solid Works, Auto Cad.

Working Experience: Sheet Metal

Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Modeling: Create detailed sheet metal parts, assemblies, and weldments using SolidWorks.
- Drafting: Generate exact 2D technical drawings, layouts, and flat patterns for production using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Sheet Metal Optimization: Perform flat pattern calculations, including bend allowances and K-factors for various materials.
- Manufacturing Liaison: Work with shop floor production teams to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) and resolve technical queries.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs), engineering change orders (ECO), and design calculations.
