Job SummaryWe are looking for a agile and result-oriented Agency Development Manager to drive insurance sales, develop distribution channels, manage business partners, and achieve business targets across Life, Health, and Motor Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the agency network, generating business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and insurance partners.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned insurance business targets.
2. Recruit, onboard, train, and manage insurance advisors, agents, and channel partners, wherever applicable.
3. Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, corporate connections, and distribution networks.
4. Promote Life, Health, and Motor Insurance products based on customer requirements.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance companies, and business partners.
6. Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claim-related assistance.
7. Monitor team performance,



sales productivity, lead conversion, and monthly business targets.
8. Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
10. Ensure that all sales activities comply with applicable IRDAI regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.

- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; candidates with an insurance or sales background will be preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in insurance sales, agency development, or business development.
- Knowledge of Life, Health, or Motor Insurance products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business channels.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a sales team.
- Compensation & BenefitsFixed monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹30,000, depending on experience and suitability.
