We are seeking a agile and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote our Interior Decoration and Home Furnishing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and driving sales conversions.
- ? Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce interior decoration solutions.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain call records and sales data in CRM/Excel.
- Provide market feedback to management for strategy improvement.
- ? Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic understanding of Interior Decoration / Home Furnishing products.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and build quick rapport with customers.
