HIRING: BDE / SENIOR BDE – SCHOOL CLOSINGS

Role: Business Development Executive / Senior BDE

Experience: 1.5+ years in Sales / Business Development preferred

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

We are looking for an **aggressive, target-driven Business Development qualified** who can take ownership of **School & Franchise closures**.

Your initial role will be highly **field-oriented and closure-focused**:

✅ Meet School Management & Decision Makers

✅ Generate and develop school business opportunities

✅ Present Robotics, STEM, AI & Technology Education programs

✅ Conduct meetings, negotiations & follow-ups

✅ Convert prospects into confirmed School Partnerships

✅ Support the Franchise acquisition

✅ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure

✅ Build strong relationships with schools and entrepreneurs

PERFORMANCE-BASED GROWTH

You will initially be expected to **drive business independently and close deals through field work.

Perform well → Build your own team → Scale the business

Based on your performance and consistent closures, **team support will be provided** to help you expand your business pipeline and achieve higher targets.

COMPENSATION





₹50,000 – ₹55,000 / Month

Negotiable based on experience & proven closing ability

Allowance & Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month

Allowance & Incentives: Up to ₹100,000 per year

Performance-based growth opportunities

Opportunity to build and lead a team based on performance

✔ Is comfortable with extensive field travel

✔ Has a proven track record in B2B / Education / Franchise / Business Development sales

**School sales or franchise sales experience will be an added advantage.**

### SERVICE COMMITMENT

Minimum service commitment **up to August**.
