Job Description – Telesales Caller

Company: CreditMantri Finserve Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Spencer Plaza, Mount Road, Chennai

Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

- Explain customer about the products/services and turn into Leads or PTP's

Handle customer queries and provide relevant informations

- Update customer details and call records regularly
- Achieve daily and monthly given targets.
- Handle customer queries and maintain call records.

Eligibility:

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & Benefits:

- Take-home salary up to ₹25,000/month.
- Incentives up to ₹40,000.
- PF, ESI and insurance benefits as per policy.
- 6 days working, general day shift.
- Work from office.
