Location: Ranaghat, West Bengal

Salary: Starting from ₹25,000 - ₹40,000month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role: We are looking for experienced and result-oriented General Managers to take charge of the overall operations of our Ranaghat Office.

This is a leadership role for someone who can confidently manage Sales, Team Members, and day-to-day Office Operations while ensuring that the entire team works efficiently towards business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the overall Sales Team and Marketing Team.
- Set targets, monitor performance, and drive the team towards achieving business goals.
- Manage, motivate, and coordinate team members across different functions.
- Handle day-to-day office operations and administration.
- Track sales performance, productivity, and team progress.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions to improve results.
- Coordinate between different teams and ensure smooth workflow.
- Train, guide, and support team members whenever required.




- Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to management.
- Take ownership of the overall growth and performance of the Ranaghat branch.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field in a Managerial/Team Lead role.
- Robust experience in team handling and people management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and office operations.
- Good understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies and business operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership, handle responsibilities independently, and deliver results.
- Technical knowledge along with practical team & office management experience is essential.
