● Safety First: Supervise child(ren) at all times, maintaining a clean, protected, and hazard-free environment indoors and outdoors.

● Routine Management: Establish and maintain age-appropriate daily routines, including nap schedules, meal times, quiet time, and hygiene (e.g., handwashing, diaper changing, or potty training assistance).

● Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious, balanced meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines and preferences.

● Health Monitoring: Administer prescribed medications or basic first aid as needed and monitor child(ren) for signs of illness.

Developmental Support & Engagement

● Educational Activities: Design and lead creative, educational, and physical activities (e.g., reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, music, sensory games) that foster intellectual and social development.

● Emotional Growth: Provide positive reinforcement,



practice gentle discipline, and support the emotional and social development of the child(ren).

● Outings & Transportation: Safely transport child(ren) to and from school, playdates, extracurricular activities, and appointments (if applicable).

Household & Administrative Duties

● Child-Related Housekeeping: Maintain tidiness in child play areas, bedrooms, and kitchen facilities used for child meal preparation.

● Parent Communication: Keep open, consistent communication with parents/guardians regarding daily routines, behavior, achievements, and any concerns.

● Supply Tracking: Keep track of essential supplies (e.g., diapers, formula, snacks, art materials) and notify parents when restocks are needed.
