- ? Key Responsibilities? Contact customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- ? Communicate professionally with customers and encourage timely repayments.
- ? Conduct field visits when required for payment follow-ups.
- ? Achieve assigned collection targets within the specified timelines.
- ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection updates.
- ? Address customer queries and resolve payment-related concerns professionally.
- ? Coordinate with team leaders and the collection team to improve recovery performance.

10th / Intermediate / Graduate, as per company requirements.

- ? Experience in telecalling, field collections, or debt recovery is an advantage.
