Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Sector 3, Noida

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand) + Incentives

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain CreditQ’s financial services/products, generate interest, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.

Job Responsibilties:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain CreditQ’s products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into customers..
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services..
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and processing.




- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Requirements :

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer conversations.
