Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers over the phone, generate leads, and support the sales process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.




- Maintain qualified communication and build positive customer relationships.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; English is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Confidence, patience, and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
