Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees throughout their employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for various roles.

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

· Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

· Handle joining, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

· Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

· Manage attendance, leave, and employee databases.

· Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate monthly payroll processing.





· Support employees with HR-related queries and concerns.

· Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.

· Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and procedures.

· Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

· Support statutory compliance and HR audits as required.

· Prepare regular HR reports and MIS.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive.

· Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently.

· Positive working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
