Job SummaryThe Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining customer satisfaction, and leading the store team to achieve business targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper inwarding, storage, and outwarding of goods.
- Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and team performance.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, expiry, and losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement,



and other internal teams.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and achieve targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS/ERP systems.
