Position: Relationship Manager / Sales Officer – Home Loan

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loan, Housing Finance, or related BFSI sales

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA preferred

Salary: Up to ₹3.70 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads for Home Loans and LAP through DSA, connectors, builders, references, and market visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Collect and verify required customer and property documents.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for timely processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC requirements.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage / Housing Finance sales.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and business-development approach.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer segment.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
