- Job ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
- Handle daily team operations, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Guide team members and ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Manage leads, client follow-ups, and coordinate with the sales and back-office teams.
- Maintain daily reports, MIS, team performance records, and target updates.
- Have knowledge of home loans, business loans, and loan processing procedures.
- Understand and verify loan-related documents, including:

- Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and KYC documents
- Bank statements and salary slips
- ITR (Income Tax Returns)
- GST returns and GST registration documents
- Balance sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and financial statements
- Udyam Registration Certificate
- Business proof, income proof, and other loan application documents
- Property documents related to home loans, as applicable
- Coordinate with clients, banks, financial institutions, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and proper handling of client information.
