Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end daily Last Mile Operations at the Delivery Center.
- Plan and allocate manpower based on daily shipment volume and operational requirements.
- Supervise and manage Delivery Executives / Field Executives and ensure optimum productivity.
- Plan delivery routes and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments.
- Monitor shipment performance, pending shipments, undelivered shipments and RTO.
- Track operational KPIs, productivity and SLA adherence.
- Ensure proper attendance, discipline and manpower availability.
- Handle customer and operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Hub, Customer Service and other internal teams for smooth shipment movement.
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate operational targets.
- Monitor delivery quality and ensure adherence to company SOPs and processes.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS / operational reports.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security and operational guidelines.
