Job DescriptionRole: Labware LIMS AdministratorExperience: 3 to 8 yearsResponsibilities• Administration of the Labware (v8) LIMS, including security management (roles andgroups), development of new processes or workflows, enhancing user experience anduser interface of the LIMS to ensure business engagement, reporting and KPI creationetc.• Supporting end users with design workshops and training.• Troubleshooting of issues.• Work with the master data team, to ensure the correct standards and quality is beingapplied.• Work with the developer team, to ensure new configuration or changes are managedcorrectly and fulfil the business needs.• Ensure data integrity and compliance for all required standards.• Contribute to system validation and change control process,



including writing/reviewingsystem documentation and test scripts.Key skills / experience • Labware LIMS administration experience (v8, if possible). Including experience withuser accounts, configuring simple LIMS Basic subroutines and building visualworkflows.• Strong experience of working in a laboratory and using a LIMS from end userperspective.• Previous experience in setting up interfaces (e.g. Instruments or systems) is desirable.• GxP and change management knowledge is required.• Experience creating or delivering training and running design workshops with businessteams. Valuable communication skills
