Job Summary

We are seeking a TIBCO and Kafka Admin professional with strong handson experience in TIBCO and Kafka Admin The role is aligned to System Management and is responsible for installation configuration administration monitoring maintenance and support of the relevant technology environment

Responsibilities

- Resolving incidents and service requests
- Performing rootcause analysis
- Implementing approved changes
- Conducting health checks
- Maintaining availability and performance
- Ensuring compliance with security and operational standards
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation standard operating procedures runbooks knowledge articles reports and operational dashboards
- Collaborating with infrastructure application security servicemanagement and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver reliable services
- Ability to prioritize work within agreed service levels




- Experience with automation continuous improvement capacity planning patching upgrades backup and recovery audit support and operational risk management is desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Participate in technical reviews
- Share knowledge
