As an Implementation Engineer II, youll independently deliver integration solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to ERP and API integrations, and build the expertise needed for a Senior Implementation Engineer role.

What Youll Do

EDI & Integration

- Implement EDI solutions using ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
- Configure and troubleshoot communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN, APIs).
- Develop and maintain ERP integrations and business process workflows.

Data Mapping & APIs

- Build medium-complexity data mappings, Business Process Sequences (BPS), and integration flows.
- Implement REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth, authentication, encryption, and API security.
- Support UAT, resolve mapping issues, and optimize integration performance.

Delivery & Documentation

- Troubleshoot integration issues independently and escalate complex problems when required.
- Document integration designs, configurations, and implementation processes.
- Follow implementation, quality, and security best practices.

What You Bring Required

Technical Skills

- Solid understanding of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and B2B integration concepts.




- Experience configuring AS2, SFTP, VAN, REST/SOAP APIs, and authentication methods.
- Hands-on experience with Business Process Sequences (BPS), data mapping, and ERP integrations (SAP preferred).
- Working knowledge of API security, OAuth, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.

Education & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in EDI, B2B integration, or middleware implementation.
- Proven ability to deliver integration projects independently.

Preferred

- Experience with multiple ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite, D365, Acumatica).
- Familiarity with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) or B2B platforms such as Sterling, Gentran, OpenText, or Axway.
- Exposure to retail, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain domains.
- Experience using AI tools to improve documentation or delivery efficiency
