The Support Engineer provides businesscritical support to Azure customers worldwide through email and phone. As a subject matter expert in Azure services and commerce platforms, the role involves troubleshooting low level technical and billing issues, delivering timely resolutions and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide support for Azure Platform services commerce systems billing and accountrelated issues
- Diagnose and resolve customer problems using solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather information explain next steps and provide timely updates
- Support OrdertoCash operations invoicing payment transactions and online service processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues when specialized expertise is required
- Continuously build expertise in Azure technologies architecture and service offerings

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management abilities
