Desired Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up and Insurance Calling
- Strong understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle processes
- Experience in Denial Management, Appeals, and Claim Resolution
- Good knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance guidelines
- Ability to analyze claim denials and identify appropriate resolution strategies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve productivity and quality targets
- Experience handling complex AR accounts will be an added advantage
