The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring software/IT projects while managing stakeholders, resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies. The ideal candidate should have robust Agile project management and communication skills, along with experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth execution.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Communicate project status and updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage resources and ensure effective utilization.
- Identify and resolve project blockers and delivery challenges.
- Ensure adherence to quality, processes, and project standards.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
