Job Title: CA / CMA Intern

Location: HBR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka/Muzaffarpur

Stipend: 20,000 / month

Employment Type: Full-time (Internship)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA / CMA Intern to join our finance team at our HBR Layout office in Bengaluru. This internship offers hands-on experience across core accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and auditing functions, working alongside experienced finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Assist in maintaining books of accounts, preparing vouchers, and performing daily accounting entries in ERP/Tally.
- Taxation & Compliance: Help prepare data and compute for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS filings, and Income Tax returns.
- Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations, vendor/customer balance reconciliations, and inter-company transactions matching.
- Audit Support: Support internal and statutory audit procedures by gathering required documentation, schedules, and samples.
- Financial Reporting:



Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and budget variance analysis.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure systematic filing and archiving of financial records and legal/statutory compliance documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Cleared CA Intermediate (IPCC) or CMA Intermediate.
- Software Proficiency: Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Tally Prime, or similar accounting software.
- Financial Fundamentals: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, GST concepts, TDS regulations, and financial statements.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Work Ethic: High attention to detail, strong numerical ability, integrity, and eagerness to learn in a rapid-paced environment.

Stipend & Working Details

- Stipend: 20,000 per month to 30k
- Office Location: HBR Layout, Bengaluru, Muzaffarpur
- Work Mode: In-office
