- Minimum 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up and Insurance Calling
- Good understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle processes
- Knowledge of Denial Management, Claim Status Follow-up, and Payment Resolution
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance processes
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with US insurance representatives
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and learning mindset
