Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Application Tech Support Specialist with strong L1/L2 troubleshooting skills across Windows and MacOS, excellent English communication, and hands-on voice support experience in a BPO/KPO or technical support environment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience supporting accounting/financial applications and a good understanding of the Finance/Accounting domain.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshooting application, installation/uninstallation, OS, and accounting-related issues
- Identifying and analyzing Windows/Mac logs
- Resolving user-reported technical issues
- Maintaining escalation logs and training documentation
- Coordinating with cross-functional/development teams for complex issues
- Ensuring timely follow-up until resolution

Requirements

- L1/L2 troubleshooting skills across Windows and MacOS




- Voice support experience in a BPO/KPO or technical support setting
- Prior experience supporting accounting/financial applications
- Good understanding of the Finance/Accounting domain
- Comfortable handling US-based users through voice support
- US EST hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
