Key responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and support issues related to performance, security, and capabilities of cloud-based solutions
- Provide operational maintenance and monitoring of cloud-based solutions
- Integrate Azure cloud-based solutions with other cloud or on-premises workloads
- Accountable for monitoring, auditing, and reporting on Azure service usage; escalating issues and providing reporting for leadership
- Monitor all applications and infrastructure components as defined in the event catalogue
- Respond to and resolve vulnerabilities in a timely manner




- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve minor infrastructure problems
- Apply security patches and updates to maintain compliance and reduce risk
- Analyze system logs to identify trends and proactively address potential issues
- Investigate errors and remediate infrastructure-related incidents
- Escalate complex infrastructure and application issues to Level 3 support when necessary
- Provide monitoring and support ensuring adherence to improved SLA targets; shifts may be applicable on a rotation basis
